"Dottie, a three year old deaf mother left alone to give birth to ten babies on the streets of Chicago".... If that was a newspaper article that would be the title of Dottie's story. All of her babies have been adopted and she is still waiting for her forever home to come along. Dottie has been through so much and deserves nothing but the best. This poor girls ears were so badly neglected she was left with permanent hearing loss in both ears. Her loss of hearing does not effect her in the least, she will make a great house companion. She just wants to hang out and be that loyal friend at your feet. She enjoys her short walks, and her time to lay in the sun. She is not a high energy dog and most of the time just likes to chill. Please come meet this super special girl.
