My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PLEASE NOTE THAT BREED, AGE, AND SIZE AT MATURITY ARE ONLY GUESSES!

If you are seeing this dog on this site she is available so there is no need to email us checking for availability. Instructions for how to proceed with a meet and greet are provided below. Please read the profile in it's entirety!

Meet Edsel. She is a sweet girl and everyone who meets her loves her. She is a peanut & is getting used to walking on a leash! She came from a high kill shelter in Kentucky with her brother Frisker. Both are being fostered together.

She was born around 6/27 and weighs 8 pounds as of 9-15-14. Breed is a total guess, but she may be a Beagle/border collie mix. One thing for sure is given her current age and weight she is going to likely grow to be under 30 pounds.

Edsel is fabulous meeting the kids in the neighborhood. She is good with other dogs, although we don't know about kitties given the foster has none. She is great all around puppy. Edsel is being fostered in a home in north Naperville, IL.

If you think this pup would fit perfectly into your family, please fill out our Adoption application which can be found on our website at www.angelsonwheels.org. An approved adoption application is required prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet. We do not have a physical building for you to visit thus the reason an application is required prior to making an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

You will also receive a free office visit to one of our participating vets for a free health exam. Thank you for looking at our rescued animals!
