Penny's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Penny's Story...
Penny is a 1.5 year old spayed female mix breed approx 50lbs. She is good with dogs and dog savvy cats but no young children. Penny requires a special home with a love for special dogs. She was born feral and has spent a long while being trained and socialized. She has come along nicely and is a sweet loving girl. However Penny will always be unsure of herself in some situations. She will require a fenced yard although she likes to keep close by her family and she definitely needs a home with a companion canine as her life would just not be complete without another dog to chum around with. She needs a family with patience and kindness in her training. She is highly food motivated and loves to please. Everyone who meets Penny adores her but she is definitely not for the first time dog owner. For more information please send us an email or put in the application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, a Victoria Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Victoria, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Victoria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Victoria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Victoria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Victoria paves the way for another one to be saved.
