Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Aurora is a 31lb, beautiful, young (est 8mo - 9/2014) female siberian husky. Aurora is affectionate, very playful, and loves giving kisses! She is crate trained and does excellent in her crate day or night. She is house trained and is in foster care with young children ages 2 and 5 as well as 4 other dogs (1 male, 3 female). Although she is great with kids, I believe older children are preferable for her because of her high energy. She absolutely loves humans and wants to greet everyone that she sees! She just wants to cuddle, give kisses, and play! Aurora takes a little time and slow introductions to dogs one at a time; she gets a bit overwhelmed when she meets more at the same time. She does NOT get along with cats. She is extremely smart and is learning basic commands rather quickly. She loves chew toys, squeaker toys, and treats! She is very skinny so we are currently working on helping her gain weight.

or

Please note the following:
-We rarely do out of state adoptions. (Exceptions can be discussed but will be based on previous big dog experience and will require same adoption process.)
-Children in the home or that visit often must be at least 6 years of age. (Exceptions can be discussed but will be based on previous big dog experience.)
-Adoption donation is due at the time of adoption. Puppies under 1 year are $300. Dogs 1 year to 7 years are $200 and dogs over 7 years are $150. As -this is a donation, it will be non-returnable if dog is returned to rescue.
Dogs are not placed on a "first come, first serve" basis but rather the best home for the dog.
All dogs placed by TSDR will be:
-spayed/neutered
-vaccinated for distemper/parvo, rabies, and bordetella
-heartworm tested and treated if needed microchipped
-other vetting as deemed needed
-New owners will receive copies of all available vet information and must agree to keep them current on all of the above.
