My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GRIZZ is a 2 year old black neutered male Lab who weighs 77 pounds. He's a gorgeous boy who is mellow in the house and likes to follow his people around. He knows sit and will usually come when you call his name. He is great with meeting dogs big and small and loves people. He is house and crate trained and walks well on a leash with harness or collar, although the harness tends to be better for squirrel sightings. He's approved for kids aged 10+.

Update (10/8): Boy, did we have a fun day today. Grizz and I went for a hike at Lilipons Water Gardens. What a beautiful day it was in the countryside. Grizz is a great walker. He walked nicely with an Easy Walk harness and then just on a loose leash attached to his collar. We explored the water and he enjoyed wading but wasn't sure what to do as far as swimming. He was definitely intrigued, so he just needs someone to show him the ropes. I did not have the proper attire to go in the water with him.

This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. The rescue has between 50 ~ 80 dogs available for adoption.
