Simon's Story...
Simon was rescued from the Humane Society when he was just a few days old, and hand raised. He is a wonderful little boy full of playfulness and cuteness, but still a puppy. He is about 80% housebroken, knows basic commands, has basic manners and LOVES squeaky toys! He is good with dogs of all sizes, older children, but he is not good with cats. His adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, a rabies shot and a microchip. Simon will be at the Metrocenter Petco (2784 W. Peoria, Phoenix) Saturday from 11:00-3:00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a Phoenix Cairn Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Cairn Terrier puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
