My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roxi was purchased from a local pet store...and then her new owners discovered how much time is involved in raising a puppy. When 2 people work all day, a few hours in the evening is just not enough time to spend training a young dog. Roxi, a year old, 26 lb. beagle mix. She is currently living in a foster home with adults, teens and 2 resident dogs, all of whom she gets along with extremely well! Roxi is still working on her potty training, and is learning very quickly. She is extremely eager to please, and listens well, and knows how to sit on command. She has also learned "paw" with ease. Roxi will make a wonderful family dog, but since she is a puppy needs some basic puppy training and should not be left alone for long hours throughout the day. Daily walks [which are a MUST for this energetic hound], and taking her outside to "do her business" on a regular basis will set Roxi up for success to be a well-trained dog. Also, Roxi is responding very well to crate-training, keeping her crate clean and sleeping in it when her foster family is not home, and when they can not keep a close eye on her. Up-to-date on all vaccinations and recently spayed and microchipped, Roxi is ready to find her fur-ever home! Will it be yours?
