Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In early August, 2014, Queensland Heeler “Lovey” walked into a school cafeteria in Parma, Idaho during summer school, calmly meeting the children and causing quite a stir. Everyone loved the friendly young dog. It didn’t take long to determine that she was expecting puppies, so she went into foster care instead of the local shelter. On August 7 three puppies were born. One of them didn’t survive, so Lovey set about the task of providing excellent care for two bouncy, busy
males.
Lovey acts very much like a puppy herself. She’s extra playful, needy, VERY affectionate and eager to follow direction. We are estimating
her age at slightly over one year.
She is housetrained and rides well in the car. She loves to play in the water and needs a good run every day to satisfy her exercise needs. She would make an excellent farm chore dog and is lightning fast, so agility or other dog sports are a possibility, too.
She quickly established herself as alpha in her foster home, loving to rough house with bigger dogs. She can get testy about toys and food with smaller dogs. Lovey does play rough, so sometimes needs to be reminded to take it down a notch!
She will chase cats if unchecked but actually likes them, so with reminders and supervision she’s fine with them. Lovey really likes children, but because she likes to play rough, older children would be best.
She needs plenty of interaction and exercise. Someone who loves and is already familiar with this breed would be ideal for her.

Lovey's adoption fee is $150 and includes spay, vaccinations, microchip, collar and ID tag.
