Rosey is Adopted
Rosey is being fostered in Mayfield Heights Ohio, and her adoption fee/donation is $300.
Rosey is an adorable little sable colored female cocker spaniel.
She is 4 yrs old and very tiny at only 15 lbs.
Rosey was rescued from a home where she was left alone when her owner was hospitalized due to MS. She had been neglected due to her owners illness, it was too much for her to care for Rosey and deal with a debilitating disease such as MS.
Time had passed, and Rosey needed vet care, grooming, and taken outside. Her owner was unable to do any of this, and Rosey suffered in the meantime. She had become infested with fleas to the point of becoming anemic from the blood loss. She had lost weight, her skin was infected along with her ears and eyes. We were called and asked if we could help this little cocker girl, and we did just that!!
Rosey is doing better now, she is flea free, on a good diet for her skin and is recovering nicely. She is very very sweet and quiet, gets along just fine around other dogs, however she does not interact with others dogs, in fact she appears to be afraid of them.
She is fairly new to us and is being evaluated in her foster home for house training and temperament. We will post an update with more info as we learn more about her.
She is scheduled for her vetting soon and will be spayed, vaccinated and heart worm tested.

Pet needs to be picked up at foster home.
In some cases we may be able to assist with transport.
