My story

Rufus is a 10 yr old male, 70 lb std poodle who was the light of his female owner's life until she passed away from cancer. Rufus loved his Dad too, but adored his mom. Rufus did well with all their grandchildren and two small dogs that lived in the home. Rufus is potty trained and is accustomed to a fenced yard. Shortly after losing his Mom, Rufus's dad remarried and Rufus and the "stepdogs" did not hit it off, leaving Rufus with no place to go. Rufus joined PRVT a few days ago, and you can see and feel his sadness. Rufus craves love and affection, would love a quiet home, comfy bed, good food and the company of a woman who would be the apple of his eye. Sprinkle in a few walks a day and life would be grand.
