Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Higley is an ADORABLE 9-month-old puppy that really needs a helping hand (or paw). He is deaf, but that doesn't mean he isn't smart and can't learn how to do anything a hearing dog can. Deaf dogs are usually trained via hand signals, much like sign language with humans. It's a lot easier than you think and what Higley needs is an adopter who can commit to training him this way. Still unsure? Click this link and see how rewarding it is to own a deaf dog and giving them a second leash on life. http://deafdogs.org/training/
