Ernie is a one-year-old Schnauzer-x. This unique fellow is totally unaware and uninterested in his family tree; he just wants a home – furever this time! Ernie has no way of knowing that he hasn’t done anything wrong and that it is not his fault that he is homeless, we just keep telling him what a good boy he is. He was given up, along with his brother, Bert, because his people felt that they did not have the time to devote to him; we want to make sure that his next family is fully aware of the commitment required. This endearing and lovable pup needs a home where his charm and character will be appreciated. Ernie wants a home where someone has the time, the desire, and the energy to enjoy an adolescent dog's journey towards maturity. He gets along well with other dogs but his true love will be his human. Ernie is looking for a new life of daily walks, soft beds and lots of cuddles.
