Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Valentine is the SWEETEST one year old poodle mix girl that weighs about 14 pounds and is one year old. Valentine is the LOVE of the foster family household! She is a little girl that will talk a walk around the block and then watch her favorite movie, curled up on the sofa with you. Valentine was rescued from a high kill shelter in TN and was terribly matted. We took her right to the groomer for a "makeover" and she is BEAUTIFUL. Valentine lives in a foster home with other dogs and is just fine. Valentine is potty trained.
If you are interested in giving Valentine a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly with questions about the dogs at 901-651-6322 or Angela with questions about our adoption process at 203-909-8861.
Valentine's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the spay, micro-chipping, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, certificate of health and transportation.
Valentine lives with a foster family just outside of Memphis, TN. She will travel to her new family by professional pet transport once she has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to the Chicago area.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
