Darla's Story...
Little 30 pound Darla is such a LOVEBUG! She and her two babies came up from a kill shelter in NC, and we're so glad we saved this little trio! All she wants to do is meet new people and cuddle in their lap. She likes other dogs but also wouldn't mind being your one and only. She would be a great little girl for any family. Laid back and perfectly content on the couch next to you, she isn't a high energy dog at all, And her house manners are great! She is truly a little lady. We have not tested her with cats, but she is probably good. Can cat test upon request. Contact is Bev at 804-248-3042 or crazydoglady64@aol.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darla, a richmond Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chihuahua for sale in richmond, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
