Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Say hey to Aunt Bea, a three year old Heinz 57. Our best guess is that she’s a mix of boxer/shepherd/hound but only weighs around thirty pounds. Aunt Bea and her pups were rescued from a high kill shelter in Kentucky. Her pups look nothing like her and appear to be a mix of Dachshund and Min Pin. As you can see in her pictures, Aunt Bea is missing some fur along her chest and belly, which was a result of an allergic reaction to flea bites. Her hair has started to grow back and will continue to do so as long as she remains on her current treatment plan. Additional treatments will be covered by HART until she is completely healed. This precious young lady is extremely sweet, house trained, and loves to “talk” to her foster mom. Additionally, she enjoys going for walks, plays well with other dogs, and is fairly laid back. One of her favorite activities is treeing squirrels. Afterwards she snoozes at the foot of her foster mom’s bed or on the floor right next to it. Do you have a special place in your heart for Aunt Bea?
