Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Aria (black otter) and her babies were an owner surrender to one of our local animal shelters at the beginning of July. Aria was dangerously underweight, while also trying to feed 5 newborn bunnies. We were worried she would not be strong enough to sustain them and feared we would lose the babies and/or Aria. But she proved to be one strong little girl! Not only did she thrive, her 5 babies did as well. She gained weight (intake 2.8 lbs now 4.3 lbs) weaned her babies and was then spayed.
Now she and her son, Buster, are ready for their forever home. Aria is a sweet, though sometimes a little shy, girl. Buster is a very curious boy and a bit more outgoing. They are bonded and will need to stay together for life. Bonded pairs are no more work than one and keep each other company, groom each other and cuddle a lot. They will also need a dedicated person who will groom them regularly to prevent their beautiful fur from matting.
We adopt out to indoor homes only! Our adoption fee is $85 for a single rabbit and $140 for a bonded pair. If you are interested in adopting, please email us at thebunnyburrowrr@gmail.com
