My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a 6-month-old spayed female Terrier mix. I weigh about 7 pounds. I am a really sweet, gentle gal, but I can be a little nervous when meeting people for the first time. Once I get to know you though, I'll be crawling into your lap for some snuggle time. My shyness might have something to do with my experience in a local high-kill shelter. Someone brought me into the shelter saying that I was a stray. Whether that's true or not, we'll never know. I spent almost 2 weeks there. I must say, it was pretty scary. I've never been in a place so loud and chaotic. Thankfully, CageFree came to my rescue before it was too late. They pulled me from the shelter and brought me back to their facility where I've been showered with love and attention ever since. I can't believe how lucky I am! I've made lots of friends here, humans and dogs, and I'm slowly learning to trust again. Before you know it, I'll be running around, wagging my tail like the rest of the rescues. Obviously, I am super, duper cute. And, I'm tiny enough to take everywhere. If you travel a lot, I would love to come with you. I could totally fit in a carry on! I'm definitely a submissive pup so you won't have any problems introducing me to other dogs. I'm not a really high-energy dog, but I am young enough to keep up. I'd probably really enjoy playing fetch or a game of chase and then taking a nap with you.
