Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Sparky! I have a blue eye and a brown eye, which is very unusual and makes me unique! I am very friendly, I love everybody. I like to play chase with cats, but I don't try to hurt them. I am learning to use the potty outside. My owner worked a lot and did not take me outside, so I am living at a foster home where I am learning to go outside with the other dogs. I am willing to learn and eager to please!
