My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Are you looking for a very sweet little fellow to call your own? Well, I'm looking for somebody to love, so maybe I'm your guy! My name is CONNER, and I'm a loving, affectionate Chihuahua mix. I'm about six years old, and I came to the El Cajon Animal Shelter with another dog after we got lost. My buddy already got adopted, so maybe I could have a dog pal in my new home. I get along very nicely with other dogs, and I love people. I have a sensitive soul, so if I were to be in a family with kids, I'd want them to be older and considerate. I enjoy snuggling, and I love to be held. I've been quiet here at the shelter, so I'd probably do well in an apartment. I like to go on walks, and it would be good for us to take daily walks together. That's a great time for us to get our exercise, and we'll both enjoy hanging out together. The shelter staff isn't sure if I've been house trained, so I'll probably need to work on that in my new home. I know how to sit on command, and I'm an obedient fellow who'll do his very best to please you. Won't you come visit me? We can spend some time out in the great play yard that they have here.
