My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peaches is a darling 9 month old, 13 pound Schnauzer mix. She was brought to animal control by her owner, but instead of bringing her inside, he let her and two other dogs loose in the parking lot. All three were extremely frightened and it took a long while for the staff at animal control to capture little Peaches.

Peaches is absolutely terrified at this time. She will sit in your lap and tremble, but so far has backed into a corner and tried to get underneath the furniture to hide. We cannot imagine what has traumatized this young pooch to make her so fearful of the world.

Peaches will need a special owner who is patient and loving. Having another friendly and confident dog might also help Peaches to get over her fears.
