Pecan's Story...
Hi! My name is Pecan. I will be one year old in September. My foster Mama says I’m the sweetest kitty she’s ever met. I just love to love people! I had some issues with one of my eyes when I was rescued but it’s all better now-it’s a little hazy but my doctor says that’s just scarring from the infection I had. I’ve been fostered with other cats so I get along well with others. I’ve been neutered and I’m up to date on all of my shots. If you’re interested in finding out more about me please contact my foster mom, Maryann at maryann@vipcustomimprints.com. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pecan, a Hinesville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hinesville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Hinesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hinesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hinesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hinesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
