My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Super cutie Benji is ready for a home where he can play and be part of a family again! He grew up from puppyhood in a home, with a family, but they were forced to surrender him to the shelter as his family could not afford to keep him any more.

Benji remains a happy, healthy, active guy who LOVES people and LOVES his doggy friends too. He gets along and plays very well. if you have a youngster (dog or older child) looking for a super fun playmate, this is the guy for you! Or if YOU are that child at heart looking for an active companion for walking, hiking, running companion - look no further! Benji is your boy!

He is housetrained and he lived well with children ages 10-17 years old. His owners reported also that he is friendly, loves car rides, other dogs, and is affectionate and playful.

His energy level might annoy an older/senior dog. He would do best in a home without cats as he is just a little too interested in the kitties!

Benji has a long-legged, athletic build with lots of bounce. He weighs about 50-55 lbs and fully grown although he may fill out just a bit. He is between 1 & 2 yrs old and is ready for a new home of his very own.

This darling boy has just been neutered and has received all of his vaccinations. He is ready for a real home of his own where he will be treated like a treasured member of the family.
