Brody's Story...
Born August 2013 - Do you like things to be a little outside of ordinary? Things that are special and unique? Brody just might be what you have been looking for to spice up your life. He is not your usual cat. His looks are a little out of the ordinary- he has a bobbed tail and long back legs. He is more like a dog in some ways than a cat- he cries at the door or window when his foster mom is outside until she comes back in. He comes when he is called, and will lie in your lap to watch TV or just hang out. He is a little shy, but once he gets to know you, he is a total love bug and a loyal friend. He gets along with other cats, once he has gotten to know them, and he also likes friendly dogs and rabbits. He is not much for playing, but likes to relax and groom with his foster brother and sister kitties. So if you are looking for a cat with a little more to offer than most, Brody just might be the one for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brody, a Centerton American Bobtail cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bobtail for sale in Centerton, or seeking a American Bobtail cat from a breeder in Centerton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Centerton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Centerton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bobtail breeders who help with American Bobtail rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Centerton paves the way for another one to be saved.
