Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nao (Naota) is a sweet 2 year old male black and tan Shiba Inu, who was betrayed by his family who told everyone he had tragically died—when they actually had dumped him in the shelter. The shelter staff realized he was a sweet dog and they let him hang out in the office rather than suffer alone in a cage. He does well with other dogs, having lived with another dog in his former home; he has not yet been tested with cats or children. What he really needs is a permanent home with a family who will love him , rebuild his trust through force-free training, and take care of him forever.

Please research the breed before applying for Nao. The Shiba Inu is not for everyone.
