Caruso is a male Shih Tzu approximately 2 years in age. He has been professionally groomed and had to be clipped very short due to severe matting upon his arrival to the shelter. Caruso has an absolutely gorgeous, non-shedding coat of white and orange. It will grow out in beautiful long waves in no time. His coloring is so pretty. He is on the small side, weighing in at 12 pounds full grown. Caruso is a sweet, gentle, mellow little guy. He is quiet, well-behaved, with polite manners. He is such a darling boy, all cuddly sweetness and love. Caruso has a tender, gentle soul and loves pampering and cuddling. He is excellent with children, other dogs, and great with cats. He will do fine as an only dog or with another mellow dog to keep him company. Caruso is easy to please and an easy keeper. His demands are few and he is happy to just hang out and keep you company. If you want to go for a walk, Caruso is a cheerful, happy participant. He is a good boy in public and rides nicely in the car. He is wonderful inside the home and truly delightful to be around. Caruso has a lot of love to give and is a real pleaser. He was brought in to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued him. He is going to make an excellent little pet and companion. Caruso is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Caruso’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
