Journey's Story...
Meet baby Journey!
Journey is out going, playful, will snuggle while napping/sleeping with you or content to sleep by himself. He loves to play with his doggy foster sister. His favorite toy can be a simple shoe string, piece of ribbon or mylar ball. He is purrfect for anyone looking for a kitten. Enjoys sitting on a window seat watching people, birds and cars.
Journey is up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and felv/fiv negative. He is currently fostered in Huntsville, Alabama but is not picky about where he ends up as long as he can be an inside kitty and loved!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Journey, a Marietta Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
