Cecelia is very friendly & loving. She loves to have her face rubbed. She is a former mom and was a very good mother. She loves to be around people and is pretty laid back. Please come see her and the other cats that are available at the PetSmart store in the District Shopping Center/Tustin and are looking for their foever homes. Adoptions are held every Saturday from 12-4.
