Percy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Percy's Story...
Percy is a four year old poodle mix weighing approx 12lbs. He is housebroken and crate trained. Does well with other dogs and enjoys car rides. He loves to be with you constantly and would prefer a family that will allow him to sleep in bed with them. He also enjoys toys. Percy is blind in his left eye but it doesn't slow him down in the least. My adoption fee is $250, which includes up to date vaccinations, s/n, microchip and two in-home training sessions with our certified dog trainer from Ahead of the Pack dog training.
If you are interested in meeting me, please visit our website to fill out an adoption application at www.familyadditiondogrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Percy, a Charlotte Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
