My name is Barkley and I am a 1-2 year old male Poodle mix that is looking for a wonderful new home and people to love. I am a perfect little guy looking for the perfect home. I am about 15 lbs. and remarkably, I am already housetrained. I am a very laid back little guy and I do not shed which means I am great for those families who have allergies or asthma in the family. I love to lounge around in my dog bed. I love all dogs and cats but I really love little kids. My mom gives me belly rubs and brushes me all the time. When I came out of the kill shelter, you could not tell what kind of dog I was or if I was a boy or a girl. It was awful and I was miserable in all the matting that I had been living with. My foster mom had the groomer shave me completely down and then they discovered what a handsome guy I truly am. Do you agree? It feels so good to be looking handsome and showing myself off to good families to consider adopting me. I have lots of great attributes and good habits that most dogs like me don’t have. I am also trained when night time comes or if at anytime I need to just chill out, I go and get in my crate. Hey….
