Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I have a young adult male Jagd Terrier that I need to find a new home for. I rescued him from a shelter in East Texas where his owner had dumped him after getting in over his head. Po is a two year old neutered male, broken coated Jagdterrier or German Hunt Terrier who weighs in at about 22-24 lbs. He is excellent with other dogs but not with any type of small animals or cats, he has high prey/hunt drive. He has been trained with positive reinforcement on basic obedience and has some tricks under his belt as well as some flyball training. We have been working on developing his toy drive and he will now play tug/chase with some toys but its not solid. His real love is hunting and he will/can scale a 6' fence to get to whatever he is on the scent of. He would excel at hunting/tracking if you have the knowledge to teach him. He has some unusual quirks when it comes to car rides (he LOVES them) and toe nail trims (he HATES them) but overall he is an excellent little dog. He is just not going to work out for me as an agility/flyball prospect. He is located in College Station, Texas and you must be willing to drive to pick him up, no shipping. Email me at Tigeress2503@aol.com for more information or to schedule a time to come see him.
