My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's Mini Pearl! OK, not really but she is Pearl and she is a mini. Just 30lb.s of wiggle butt and love. Pearl is a petite 1 year old black tri mini Australian Shepherd. Like so many of the Aussies that come into rescue, Pearl did not have a great start in life. Once placed with her foster family, Pearl flourished! She did not know how to be a dog so Pearl stood back and observed her foster brother and sister. Slowly she started to join in and now she wiggles that butt when it's play time! She likes other dogs and runs with them when they play fetch and Frisbee but she has not picked up the ball or Frisbee yet. Right now it is just fun being an Aussie! Pearl is an extremely affectionate, sweet and loving girl. She loves the company of people, having a lap to lay on and lots of cuddles. She would make an excellent companion and is truly is a sweetheart. Pearl has done remarkable with her basic commands; sit, stay, off and she comes when called. She is also potty and crate trained. Pearl is excellent on a leash and she adores car rides! In fact, Pearl enjoys going on any adventure with her human. And one unusual quality Pearl has that not many Aussies share is she would be fine in an apartment! If Miss Pearl is the girl for you, get in line and fill out our adoption application today!

Pearl is a 1 year old mini Australian Shepherd and weighs 30 pounds. She is spayed and has her microchip. Pearl is located near St. Louis, Missouri . She is Up to date on all of her shots and is currently taking heartworm preventative and Frontline to prevent fleas and ticks. Her foster family does not know how she is with cats. ASRM recommends a home with older children. ASRM recommend a fenced yard for Pearl.
