Hello, my name is Sam (#263). My foster mom says "Sam is a very friendly, intelligent boy who loves to snuggle on the couch and relax with his favorite people. He gives lots of kisses, enjoys playing with toys, and loves nothing more than to run and play with other dogs. He is probably best to a home without cats, although his foster mom is working with him on that, but is great with all dogs, both big and small. He is housebroken, knows basic commands, and is great with kids of all ages. He is very gentle with small children, and if he sees a child crying, he will run over to give them lots of kisses and make sure they are okay. He also does great when left alone as long as he has toys or other dogs to occupy his time! He is able to jump over fences, so he will need to either be kept on a leash or put on a cable runner, which will be provided to the adopter.
