Tilly is a small package of sweetness and cuteness. She gets along perfectly with the other dogs and cats in the foster home, but would do best in a terrier savvy home. She needs consistence and boundaries with kind understanding. Tilly enjoys going for walks and exploring her surroundings. She has a cute underbite. She also likes riding in the car and will sit perfectly in her seat viewing the world around her. Tilly had a rough start but you would never know it -- she loves everybody.
