Braxton's Info...

I am housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Braxton's Story...
Braxton is a less than a year old unaltered male Pointermix, with one of the sweetest personalities ever. Braxton wants to be loved and do everything "right" for his person. He can be a little timid and submissiv first but will warm up instantly. He loves cuddles, bellyrubs and all the good stuff. We have not tested him around children, but with his temperament it should not create any problems. He did not show any aggressions towards other dogs.
Braxton is a sweetheart that deserves a home that loves him, like he loves people.
Braxton is 100% housetrained and does not show any destructive behavior. He will not jump on people and it shows that, at some point, he had someone teaching him Doggymanners!
Braxton is UTD on his vaccines, microchipped and Heartworm negative!

Braxton's Adoption Fee is $82, which includes: Microchip, Vaccines ( Distemper & Rabies), and deworming. If you're interested please call (785)239-6183! If no one answers then please leave a message! You can also contact us via email at nicole.p.storm@us.army.mil

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Braxton, a Fort Riley Pointer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Fort Riley, or seeking a Pointer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Fort Riley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Riley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Riley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pointer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Riley paves the way for another one to be saved.
