Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adia is a registered Sokoke, a naturally occurring native breed of cat, evolving on its own without human intervention in its native Kenya. This breed was officially recognized by TICA in 2008. There are only 4 breeders listed in the US, so she is indeed a rare cat. Adia's owners moved out of state, and left her with the neighbors, who have one dog who hates cats. Adia has to live outside while the dogs live inside and they trade places when the dogs go out. Adia needs to find a new home. She likes to be held and petted, she is healthy & loving, she comes when called. She will do best in a home with NO DOGS and NO YOUNG CHILDREN. To start the adoption process please fill out the http://ajsbestfriends.org/all-pets/questionnaire/. You can see this kitty by Appointment Only, but not until we receive the application. Thank you for thinking rescue and adoption....and for saving a life. It will be the best gift you ever give yourself and your family.
