Cheyanne's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Cheyanne's Story...
Rub-a-dub-dub! Who wants some love? How about you wash my back and I’ll wash yours! What I am trying to say is that if you give me a forever loving home, I will give you my love forever! I may seem timid when you first meet me but I just need a little patience to get me outta my shell. Then we can be like snug bugs in rugs! I am just a puppy, so I’ll need all the patience, training, and guidance you can offer. I am crate trained already and good with other dogs (cats and kids, too!) Not trying to toot my own horn but—Toot, Toot! Just kidding! But seriously, come down and see for yourself how wonderful I am! 6 months old-25lbs. My adoption fee is $240 and includes: microchip, spay, reduced-cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cheyanne, a Portland Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Portland, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
