My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello. My name is Ennio. I am a 6 year-old, 16 pound, red and white extremely handsome Iggy. I am a super mellow, calm fellow. I love to cuddle with humans of all ages and my favorite place to be is in your lap. I am a little shy and nervous at first, but once I get to know you, I will show you how much I love human contact. I live with 9 year-old foster twins and a resident whippet. I get along well with the kids and other dogs. I am super quiet: my foster mom has only heard me bark once and I was trying to get the attention of the squirrel by the window. I do have a high prey drive, so I would be best suited in a home without cats or birds—and that knows not to let me out without a leash. I walk well on a leash and I love to lay in the sun or prance around the backyard. My favorite thing to do is dive bomb pillows on the couch and then make a warm snug nest with them and take a nap. No need to worry, I do not tear them up, just re-arrange them to my liking. I don't play a lot with toys but my foster family is slowly teaching me how fun toys can be (except the loud squeaky ones--they are scary!! ) I am fully vetted, neutered, and missing quite a few teeth. I still eat normal kibble and missing a few chompers does not affect my good looks. Do you have room in your heart and home for me? I promise to give you many years of love!!
