Hi there. My name is Phoebe. I am approximately 1-2 years old and I weigh about 60 lbs.
I was found as a stray in East Liverpool and was picked up by the pound.
I am a very sweet and loving girl.
The family who found me had small children and I did great with the kids. When the guy from the pound came to pick me up, he said the kids were messing in my food bowl while I was eating and everything and I didn't do anything wrong.
I am very cuddly and personable. I love being with my people.
I get along well with other dogs and I LOVE to play with them!
The people who found me said that I chase cats but I didn't hurt the cats.
I am a smart girl. I seem to have had st least a little bit of training and I seem to possibly be house trained. I keep my kennel clean at night and I haven't had any accidents while I'm in the office either.
I love to play fetch too.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER OCTOBER 20, 2014.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
