Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AVAILABLE 10-09-14 Poor little OJ - he lived with his family since he was a puppy; but he began to just not like some people, so was brought to the Shelter. He wasn't here long before he went to a foster home with hopes of being adopted by the Foster mom. She wrote the following about OJ - " OJ is a delightful little dog who has been trained to sit, to wait before going up or down steps to the house and even before he gets on furniture. He has no bad habits and is totally housetrained. He loves to cuddle - day and night. He gets along with other dogs." OJ's problem - until he knows that you're not going to hurt him and gets to know you, he will snap at strangers. Once he knows you, OJ is totally loyal to that person(s). OJ is 3 years old, heart worm negative, vaccinated and microchipped. He's a real lap lover - so please consider making him your next best canine friend. Come to the Shelter in Elizabeth City and take little OJ for a walk.
