Shelby is the protector of Sandy and is the more confident one of the two. Shelby loves exploring the outdoors and basking in the sun. She loves "chow time" and treats galore! After being satisfied, she's very content to lay down and observe the world from her Kurnada bed. She's an independent soul but it's also important for her to be needed and accepted too.
