Frankie came to us through the police. His owner was a homeless man who was institutionalized. He loved his dogs and was very well known in his community for taking care of them. He's FULL OF LIFE! He’s only around 4 years old, and is the happiest little guy you could ever meet. He LOVES walking on his leash and lounging on the couch. He does well with other dogs (with a little work on guarding his couch area). He’s a very laid back and easy to please pup. A walk, some food, and a belly rub, and he’s your friend forever. His adoption fee is $265.00
