My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maude is a VERY Senior canine citizen. While offering rescue to other dogs at the shelter, one of the very kind volunteers there asked if we could possibly find it in our hearts to take Maudie, too. She's just a tiny little girl who apparently has not had the best life - - and the thought of her dying in a cold shelter just wasn't something we wanted to live with. So, she's here with us, enjoying a warm, comfy bed, anything she wants to eat, and trips outside to potty. Maude reqires very little care, but she soaks up all the attention we give her like a sponge. If you would like to give Maudie a home for her remaining time with us on earth, please submit an application - which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org) emailing it will get the fastest response.
