Mr. Crowley was confiscated from a horrendous life by Animal Control officials. Despite the conditions he was forced to endure, this old man has a spark that is absolutely contagious - and he is quickly becoming a shelter favorite (though we would LOVE to see him find his very own person soon). Mr. Crowley will soon be shaved down and his gorgeous coat will be allowed to regrow and show all the beauty and glory it probably once knew.
