Alice's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Alice's Story...
Alice was rescued along with two kittens after being dumped off. She is very young, we believe only 18 months, and we think this is her second litter. A man was trying to help with food, but he was not keeping her inside, the garage door was open and she was getting chased and frightened by dogs.
Alice is so sweet, calm, and good-natured. She is now spayed-no more babies- and up to date on vaccines. She is leukemia negative and wormed and flea-treated. She seems to not mind other cats in her foster home. Come see Alice at the Greensburg PetSmart on Saturdays from noon to 5. Or email for more information .

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alice, a Irwin Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Irwin, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Irwin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irwin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irwin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irwin paves the way for another one to be saved.
