KELSO (R)'s Story...
There is nothing much cuter than the BEAUTIFUL FACE of a Coon Hound and this is Kelso. He is SO SWEET and WELL BEHAVED. Poor Kelso thought he had a forever home and now has been left behind. He does seem to be taking it all in stride, for the most part. Sadly Kelso was an owner turn in on Oct 23rd. The family said he is GOOD WITH KIDS and HOUSE TRAINED. Kelso is about 5 yrs old and weighs 64 lbs. He is current on vaccines, neutered and micro chipped. He will be heartworm tested upon adoption. Can you give Kelso his forever, loving home?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

KELSO (R), a Marietta Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Coonhound dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
