Hi everyone, Keeran here. I've been in my new foster home for about a week. I have 2 foster sisters and a foster brother and we have a good time running around in the backyard. I am learning to live in a house again since I haven't done so in a number of years. I go in my crate willingly. I like to chew on a bone occasionally while in my crate. My foster mom takes me and the pack for a walk every morning. She says that I walk really nicely on a leash but that I need to learn to sit when a car goes by since I kind of like to chase them. I really like people - I seek them out for attention and petting. I hope that you will email my foster mom and find out more about me! Talk soon! Keeran

Keeran is a really lovely guy. He is sweet as can be and would enjoy a home where he can go on walks and sit on the couch with you for snuggling. He was a sweetheart at the vets office and is up-to-date on all vetting including having a dental done. Please contact me for additional information if you have any questions. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Keeran - New Foster, a WAterford Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in WAterford, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in WAterford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in WAterford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a WAterford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in WAterford paves the way for another one to be saved.
