Chip came into rescue with his brother Dale at about 3 weeks of age. They were born approximately Sept 12,2014. They are very happy friendly and curious. These brothers are very unique looking we are unsure of what breeds they are exactly. We are thinking maybe terrier/shepherd type crosses. They will be ready to move to new homes at the beginning of November.
Chip is bigger than his brother but he is the more reserved one of the two. Chip prefers to observe new things from the sidelines before joining in on the action. He is doing well with house training at only 5 weeks of age he has already learned not to potty in his sleeping area. If he can't get outside in time he will go potty on his pee pad with the odd accident. However every time you take him outside he immediately does his business. We have not started much crate training yet. He will sleep contently in his crate though. Chip and Dale spend all their unsupervised time in an x-pen and are quite content there with the odd cries when they know you are having fun without them. He loves to play and hoard toys. He carries them all back to his bed. Chip likes to cautiously explore new environments and meet new people. He loves to chew on leaves. Chip knows his name and comes running whenever his foster mom calls him. Come and meet this little fluff ball today.
