MEET BLOSSOM....a cutie patootie who is a combination of breeds, but we're just not sure which ones! This little tan/white with silver tips, 10 lb, 5 yr old, Yorkie Poo ?? couldn't be cuter if she tried. In the shelter, she was aged incorrectly at 12 yrs old, so there she sat. Just looking at the picture of her with hair tells you she is not a senior dog! Sadly, she arrived matted, and the groomer had to strip her curls. Hair grows back! Blossom was extremely timid coming out of the shelter, but now that she is in her new foster home, she is blooming nicely! She loves to give lots of gentle, sweet kisses. She loves to go on walks and does her business as she should (also uses pp pads) -- but no guarantees at your house! She is very quiet and happy, she is fine with or without other dogs, but the most important thing in her life will be you! Blossom has a balanced amount of mellow and energy...she would be great in a mature home where she will get oodles and doodles of love! She could also be in a home where there is a family who can dote on her, as she would be wonderful with kids over 8 yrs old. Blossom could almost go anywhere, except to a home where she would be left alone. Do you have a spare lap in your home for Blossom?

UPDATE!!!! Lhasa Happy Homes will be now holding our adoption events most every Sunday at ROVER KENNELS on Main Street in Santa Monica (check calendar link below for special events and directions). Rover is located at 2116 Main Street, in Santa Monica, CA. Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household. Main Street is famous for its innovative shops and is close to the beach! Make a day of it!! Metered parking on the street and free parking on 4th and Bicknell Streets.
Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
