Meet Hoops! Hoops is a special needs, 4 year old, 5 pound, female chihuahua mix, who will melt your heart and love you forever. Hoops will brighten anyones day with her awesome quirks. She's deaf, so she'll never hear the annoying neighbors dogs and join in their song. She only walks in circles so she's easy to catch. Her love for her crate and blankets make her the perfect snuggle buddy. Please text her foster mom Jennifer at 702-237-1833 to have the pleasure of meeting her or for additional info.
