Samantha's Story...
Samantha is part of the magician's bunch. There are 4 girls and one boy and they are 8 weeks old. She has a twin brother Harry. These poor kitties came in and were tested. When they are so young they can test positive even if they are not due to the young age. When they get old enough, they are retested. So they waited a long time and were separated. Now they are all negative and back together!!! Boy are they having a good time! Come look at them while they are young and adorable. Although they will always be adorable, just in a different way.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samantha, a Fort Leavenworth Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fort Leavenworth, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Fort Leavenworth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Leavenworth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Leavenworth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Leavenworth paves the way for another one to be saved.
